We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription! Follow these steps to cancel your Alicent subscription:
Go to the Alicent website and log in to your account.
Click on the "Account" tab in the top right-hand corner of the page.
In the Payments & Billing section, select "Manage."
Enter the email address you used for your account
Follow the instructions on Stripe to cancel your account.
If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to Alicent until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged again.
